Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the lost 2.33%.
The best performers of the session on the were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.07% or 2.95 points to trade at 145.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) added 1.60% or 7.70 points to end at 488.20 and Orsted A/S (CSE:) was down 0.19% or 1.20 points to 644.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Demant A/S (CSE:), which fell 5.30% or 15.40 points to trade at 275.00 at the close. GN Store Nord (CSE:) declined 4.55% or 8.15 points to end at 171.10 and Ambu A/S (CSE:) was down 3.83% or 4.35 points to 109.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 87 to 59 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was up 1.69% or 1.22 to $73.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.50% or 1.14 to hit $77.13 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.52% or 10.25 to trade at $1,966.95 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.38% to 6.91, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.33% at 103.42.
