Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 1.62%.
The best performers of the session on the were Demant A/S (CSE:), which rose 1.99% or 6.10 points to trade at 312.30 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:) added 1.68% or 2.25 points to end at 136.20 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) was up 1.35% or 17.50 points to 1,310.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Orsted A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.48% or 10.10 points to trade at 397.30 at the close. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) declined 2.40% or 16.40 points to end at 666.50 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was down 1.75% or 13.80 points to 775.40.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 77 to 72 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Demant A/S (CSE:) rose to 52-week highs; rising 1.99% or 6.10 to 312.30.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.31% or 0.28 to $90.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.10% or 0.09 to hit $93.61 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.74% or 14.25 to trade at $1,947.05 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.25% to 6.99, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 104.90.
