Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 1.53% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers of the session on the were Demant A/S (CSE:), which rose 3.03% or 6.40 points to trade at 217.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:) added 2.17% or 2.25 points to end at 106.00 and Coloplast A/S (CSE:) was up 1.87% or 14.80 points to 808.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CSE:), which fell 6.88% or 10.70 points to trade at 144.80 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 5.93% or 32.20 points to end at 510.60 and Bavarian Nordic (CSE:) was down 3.20% or 6.25 points to 189.30.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 135 to 26 and 11 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.03% or 1.56 to $75.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.92% or 1.59 to hit $81.19 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 2.33% or 43.55 to trade at $1,910.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.85% to 6.94, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.44.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.92% at 103.20.
