Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the declined 0.57%.
The best performers of the session on the were Royal Unibrew A/S (CSE:), which rose 0.50% or 3.00 points to trade at 598.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:) fell 0.05% or 0.10 points to end at 186.80 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 0.12% or 1.40 points to 1,129.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which fell 5.21% or 5.50 points to trade at 100.00 at the close. Jyske Bank A/S (CSE:) declined 4.87% or 24.40 points to end at 476.20 and AP Moeller – Maersk A/S A (CSE:) was down 3.01% or 370.00 points to 11,910.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 96 to 49 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was down 4.73% or 3.58 to $72.08 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July fell 4.49% or 3.56 to hit $75.75 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.47% or 29.20 to trade at $2,021.40 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.06% to 6.79, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.02% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 101.83.
