Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 0.42%.
The best performers of the session on the were Ambu A/S (CSE:), which rose 2.46% or 2.50 points to trade at 104.00 at the close. Meanwhile, GN Store Nord (CSE:) added 2.15% or 3.80 points to end at 180.70 and Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) was up 2.00% or 10.00 points to 510.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.87% or 42.00 points to trade at 1,422.50 at the close. Genmab (CSE:) declined 1.22% or 33.00 points to end at 2,661.00 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 0.71% or 7.80 points to 1,092.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 81 to 53 and 20 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was up 0.79% or 0.62 to $79.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October rose 0.56% or 0.46 to hit $82.94 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.16% or 3.05 to trade at $1,965.25 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was up 0.14% to 6.74, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.02% at 101.11.
