Building permits in Canada have become more expensive

Budrigannews.com – Statistics Canada reported on Monday that the value of Canadian building permits increased by 14.1% in November over October.

Intentions were higher in the residential sector for both the single-family and multi-family components, while in the non-residential sector, intentions were higher for both the industrial and institutional components. Seven provinces saw increases in the value of building permits, with Ontario seeing the largest increase.
