Barclays refiles accounts after blunder, will launch buyback

LONDON (Reuters) – Barclays (LON:BARC) said on Monday it had refiled its accounts with U.S. regulators after a blunder led to it overselling structured products, and that it planned to launch a delayed share buyback this week.
