As a result of an uncertain economy and decades-high inflation, shopping activity is slowing. Additionally, the feature aims to attract a young audience that responds to formats like short videos, which were popularized by Instagram and TikTok.

The feed can be accessed by clicking a “light bulb” button on the Amazon app’s bottom bar. Beginning this month, a small number of U.S. users will be able to use the feature, which will eventually be made available to all users in the nation.
