Air India jumbo ordered 190 Boeing 737s that were falling
Budrigannews.com – More than 200 Boeing aircraft are in the works for Air India (NYSE:). 190 narrow-body 737 MAX and 30 wide-body 787 aircraft as part of a massive fleet overhaul roughly split with its European rival Airbus, according to industry sources on Friday.
They added that a certain number of Boeing 777X long-range aircraft are anticipated to be included in the transaction.
According to sources in the industry, Airbus is separately negotiating a deal that would include at least 200 of its A320-family narrowbody jets and dozens of larger A350s.
