After-Hours Stock Movers:
SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (SGH) rose 8% after it reported quarterly results and guidance that was higher than consensus estimates. “We are pleased with our Q3 operating results and continued progress in our transformation into a high-performance, high-availability enterprise solutions company,” said Mark Adams, CEO of SGH.
Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE:) fell 0.5% after its long-time CFO Jack Hartung announced plans to retire next year. Adam Rymer, a 15-year Chipotle veteran will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer, beginning January 1, 2025.
Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) rose 14% after it announced preliminary fourth quarter revenue of approximately $16.6 million.
LegalZoom (LZ) fell 4% after it named a new CEO and lowered full year revenue guidance. The company reduced its revenue expectation for the full year to a range of $675 million to $685 million and its free cash flow expectation for the full year to a range of $75 million to $85 million.
MarineMax (HZO) rose 3.6% after after Island Capital Group announced a proposal to acquire up to a 100% interest in the YMRS Business from MarineMax.
