Sri Lanka signs debt deal with creditor nations in Paris

COLOMBO (Reuters) – Sri Lanka signed a deal on Wednesday with creditor nations to restructure about $5.9 billion in bilateral debt in a key move to further stabilise its fragile crisis-hit economy, the office of the country’s president said in a statement.
