Delaware judge will not immediately approve AMC shareholder settlement

(Reuters) – A Delaware Chancery Court judge said on Friday that she cannot approve the proposed settlement between AMC Entertainment (NYSE:) Holdings and holders of the company’s common stock in a lawsuit over the company’s stock conversion plan in its current form.
