After-hours movers: Core Scientific jumps on possible debt deal, Lennar falls post EPS

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Core Scientific, Inc. (CORZ) 60% HIGHER; adds to 70% intra-day gains as B. Riley Financial, Inc. proposed a debt restructuring to avoid bankruptcy.

Novavax, Inc. (Nasdaq: NVAX) 11% LOWER; announced a proposed underwritten public offering to sell up to $125 million of its common stock.

Lennar Corp. (LEN) 2% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $5.02, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $4.88. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.17 billion versus the consensus estimate of $9.98 billion.
