Huawei will work in Russia under special conditions
Budrigannews.com – A source close to Huawei told Budrigannews on Tuesday that the Chinese telecom giant is separating its corporate division from other CIS nations in Russia and Belarus.
The move was first reported, citing sources, by the Russian daily Vedomosti.Huawei’s Bahrain office will now be in charge of the rest of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which is made up of former Soviet republics.
The process of making the change has begun, and the new arrangement will officially go into effect at the beginning of 2023.
A request for clarification was made, but Huawei did not immediately respond.
In September, Vedomosti reported that some Russian employees of Huawei had relocated to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
