Qatar central bank issues first license for digital payments

DUBAI (Reuters) – Qatar’s central bank has issued its first license for digital payments services to iPay by Vodafone (NASDAQ:VOD) Qatar and Ooredoo Money, it said in a tweet on Tuesday.
