New Mexican oil refinery to start operating in 2023
Budrigannews.com – The national president of Mexican state oil company Pemex announced on Friday that the newest refinery will reach half of its crude processing capacity in July, marking the most recent shift in the project’s operations.

At the symbolic opening of the Gulf Coast facility in July, Energy Minister Rocio Nahle said that Olmeca would produce its first barrel of fuel in December.
